Winta Hagos is a Toronto-based cultural producer and multidisciplinary creative specializing in the development of emerging cultural spaces and community-driven events. She works closely with organizations in their infancy, guiding projects from early ideation through to tangible execution, translating vision into operational, spatial, and programmatic reality.
Her experience spans independent arts spaces including It’s Ok* Studios, alongside over a decade of corporate project management supporting new space openings across Canada. Across both sectors, she has led cultural programming, event production, artist coordination, and technical implementation, building systems that align creative direction with logistics, budgets, and team management.
Grounded in community-centered practice, her work prioritizes access, clarity, and cultural integrity, creating environments that are both operationally sound and deeply resonant.
